As an experienced integrator in the coating industry, we develop modular software that enables intelligent integration solutions for robots and application technology in the following areas:
- Masking & Plugging, sealing, underbody protection, insulation spraying, and paint defect inspection in the paint shop
- Material handling concepts for wheels, versatile components, and palletizing
- Windshield bonding, starting in mid-2027.

Gentle Wheel Handling with Hybrid Gripper
The E-Gripper Wheel is designed for a soft handling of all common wheel sizes, from 14 to 24 inches. The sophisticated control Technology enables a gentle approach of the wheels and can be operated either pneumatically or servo-electrically. Thanks to the modular design, retrofitting is possible at any time. The hybrid E-Gripper Wheel consists of just a few moving parts installed in a fully enclosed housing. This ensures a high level of process reliability even in the powder Coating sector. Its lightweight design makes it compatible with all robot types of leading manufacturers, simplifying retrofitting automation in existing systems.
MASKING & PLUGGING
Longlasting corrosion protection through precise plugging of holes
Another aspect for reliable corrosion protection is the precise plugging of holes in the body. We use robotic application technology from leading manufacturers to automate the timeconsuming and labour-intensive manual process of setting and masking plugs. This greatly improves positioning accuracy. Additional flexibility is achieved by quickly changing application heads to apply different pad sizes as required.
AUTOMATED SEALING
for highest precision and efficiency
To achieve reliable protection against corrosion, we integrate and combine process-reliable, robot-based sealing applications and conveyor Technology solutions. We use single and double piston dosing systems and pressure-controlled Solutions from leading manufacturers in accordance with customer requirements. Our portfolio of conveyor Technology enables us to position car bodies optimally for the process, applying sealing seams with precision and high quality. In addition, we optimize the ergonomics of manual workstations with our conveyor systems.
